Over 1,000 players train every week during the competitive season at Sunnybank Rugby, as such a strict schedule is in place for when training can take place.

There is a responsibility on all coaches and managers to ensure that all training equipment is used and cared for. The club has a Training Gear Procedure which all coaches and managers should be aware of.
