The committee of Sunnybank Senior Rugby Club would like to extend an invitation to all past and current players to attend the annual Old Boys’ Day, with a special invitation to the members of the 1995 3rd Grade Grand Final Group.  Grab your mates from your days at “The Bank” and enjoy an afternoon of remembering those 60m tries with chip kicks we all scored. Free BBQ and cheap drinks for bonified 'Old Boys'! 

Although the BBQ is free, the Sunnybank Ladies Support Group will be raising much needed funds for the medical room on the day, so please dig deep!

 As well as the usual opportunity to catch up and reminisce with your team mates of days gone by you can watch the Dragons continue their quest towards the Welsby Cup, Doughty Shield and the ultimate Hospital’s Cup Premiership.

From the middle aged man who grew up among the custard apples, avocados and paw-paws who now drives the wheels of industry to the kiwi who has long ago traded his All Black jersey for Australian citizenship. It is those who have won Premierships as a Junior or a Colt, to the growing band of professional players across 3 continents.

When you watch Rugby and you see Digby score a try, Rob Simmons make his Test debut or Rodney Blake take it up, you know that you share with them the special bond of having worn the Green, Black and White and that ability aside, the passion is the same.

An Old Boy is anyone who has donned the Sunnybank Jersey and still feels the pride and joy that the memory brings.
