LITTLE DRAGONS

Little Dragons is a fun, game based Rugby Union program that aims to provide young boys and girls with the skills needed to prepare them for under 6 Rugby.

As an introductory 12 week program boys and girls will develop general coordination and specific skills like Catching, Passing, Tagging and Evasion
